CRM Software Solutions

Did you know that CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software solutions were the first to be offered as web-based applications? Naturally, this opened up the gateway for other applications to be browser-based as well. Web/browser-based software is also referred to as “Thin Client Technology”. This means that your software can be accessed through a web browser and the actual program is not installed on your PC, it is installed on your server. This will save valuable memory space on all of your PC’s.

Successful business’ implement CRM systems in order to better organize their information in order to provide the best customer service possible. Customer Relationship Management systems typically consist of customer information management, order management, customer service management, sales force management, customer applications and marketing automation.

Different software vendors offer different options. Some offer software solutions on a per user/seat basis. Others offer a generic CRM solution for a set price and other vendors offer “configured” or “tailored” solutions to meet specific buyer’s needs. While the generic solutions might be cheaper, it’s most beneficial to go with a customizable software vendor.
